About the role
You are an Executive Orchestrator and Deal Accelerator owning the end-to-end journey of visiting Fortune 200 C-suite executives at Nscale's facilities. This is not an event planning role; you are a crucial part of the enterprise sales cycle partnering deeply with Sales to research visiting prospects, brief our internal executives so they avoid generic pitches, and architect high-conviction, deeply customized experiences that directly influence multi-million dollar deals. You are a player-coach building the V1 of our briefing program from scratch and proving its ROI before scaling a dedicated team.

What you'll do
Architect the end-to-end executive briefing journey ensuring that from the moment a CIO arrives every presentation, data center tour, and conversation is meticulously mapped to their specific business pain points.
Prepare Nscale leadership including the CEO, CTO, and SVP GTM with detailed dossiers on visiting executives and steer them away from standard pitches toward targeted, consultative conversations.
Partner directly with Deal Strategy and Sales to ensure each briefing acts as a strategic lever unblocking stalled deals or enabling massive capacity expansions.
Curate the physical and digital content showcased during briefings ensuring our most cutting-edge liquid cooling technology and AI performance benchmarks are displayed flawlessly.
Build the operational mechanics for post-briefing ROI tracking to measure how executive visits accelerate sales cycles and increase close rates.
Coordinate high-stakes logistics for executive visits including travel, security clearances, and site access while maintaining a white-guest experience.
Develop repeatable playbooks and scorecards for briefing facilitation to ensure consistency and scalability of the executive experience.
Collaborate with Marketing to align briefing messaging with demand generation campaigns and pipeline objectives.
Identify and mitigate operational risks before they impact the guest experience or deal momentum.
Own the documentation of best practices and insights from each briefing to inform continuous improvement of the program.
Drive the collection and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative feedback from C-suite guests to refine future sessions.
Establish success metrics and reporting frameworks to communicate the value of the Executive Briefing Center to leadership and stakeholders.
Champion the program internally to secure cross-functional buy-in and resource alignment.
Requirements
You bring 7+ years of experience in strategic account programs, enterprise sales enablement, or running high-stakes executive briefing centers for top-tier tech or cloud companies.
You possess world-class executive presence and robust emotional intelligence capable of commanding a room of Fortune 50 executives while tactfully coaching your own C-suite on presentation styles.
You have deep enterprise sales acumen understanding complex B2B sales cycles and knowing precisely how a highly tailored briefing moves a deal from evaluating to closed-won.
You operate with a high-agency, flawless execution mindset anticipating problems before they happen and ensuring a premium white-glove experience without needing a massive support staff.
You demonstrate a keen eye for spatial design multimedia presentation and corporate hospitality ensuring every detail reinforces our value proposition.
You are comfortable managing budgets and vendor relationships for venues technology and hospitality services related to executive briefings.
You thrive in a fast-paced matrixed environment balancing multiple executive stakeholders and competing priorities with professionalism.
You communicate with precision and diplomacy coaching senior leaders and representing Nscale with credibility to enterprise decision-makers.
Nice to have
Experience designing and operating executive briefing centers in the high-tech or infrastructure software sector.
A background in data center operations or high-complexity technology sales enabling deeper credibility with technical stakeholders.
Prior success demonstrating quantifiable impact of executive briefings on sales cycle compression or win rates.
Practical notes
This role may require occasional travel up to 25% to visit prospects and attend industry events.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship for the locations of Houston New York San Francisco and Seattle.
