About the role
This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic client relationships within the enterprise go-to-market domain, acting as a primary liaison between Databook's AI selling platform and the leadership teams of major technology and consulting organizations. The role owner will design and execute high-impact initiatives that leverage verified customer intelligence and agentic reasoning to drive measurable business outcomes. You will translate complex platform capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives that resonate with C-level stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making. A core part of this position involves owning the end-to-end customer journey, from initial discovery and onboarding through to maturity, adoption, and multi-year expansion. You will work directly with sales leaders to align Databook's AI capabilities with their specific business objectives around pipeline generation, win rates, and revenue efficiency. The position requires a proactive mindset to identify new use cases, optimize workflows, and ensure the platform delivers continuous, compounding value. Ultimately, you will be the strategic partner that ensures clients derive maximum value from their Databook investment, driving retention, expansion, and long-term advocacy.

What you'll do
- Lead sophisticated discovery sessions to map customer workflows and pinpoint precise integration points where Databook's AI can generate incremental pipeline and productivity gains.
- Architect and present value-based business cases that quantify the impact of Databook's platform on enterprise sales operations and decision-support maturity.
- Partner with Applied AI and Agent Builders to translate strategic requirements into executable agentic workflows, overseeing quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Guide customers through a structured onboarding journey, ensuring seamless configuration, data ingestion, and user adoption from week one.
- Monitor real-time account health metrics and consumption patterns to identify at-risk accounts and proactively deploy retention and growth interventions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to codify new agentic patterns into the platform roadmap.
- Orchestrate joint go-to-market initiatives with Salesforce's ISV partnership and AppExchange organizations to co-develop pipeline and reference architectures.
- Drive multi-year strategic account planning, including stakeholder mapping, expansion sequencing, and mutual success plans that align with client priorities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews that review adoption data, surface insights, and adjust strategies to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the central point of contact for all customer escalations, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and relationships remain intact.
- Identify and cultivate executive-level champions who can advocate for Databook internally and accelerate broader organizational adoption.
- Design and lead workflow optimization sessions that help customers select the most effective AI-driven processes for their GTM motion.
- Analyze platform usage data to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, directly contributing to net revenue retention targets.
- Represent Databook in key industry forums and customer meetings, reinforcing the brand as a thought leader in AI-guided selling.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in strategy, operations, or business development roles, with at least 3 years in a top-tier strategy firm or Big 4 strategy practice focused on GTM and commercial excellence.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-level engagements that involve C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders.
- Possess deep, hands-on knowledge of revenue operations technology stacks, including CRM, CMS, ABM, and sales intelligence platforms, with experience implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Bring extensive familiarity with Salesforce ecosystems, Sales Cloud, and the broader Sales SaaS and AI technology landscape.
- Exhibit high emotional intelligence and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while balancing strategic vision with detailed execution.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree as a minimum academic credential, with an MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Show evidence of strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical platform details into compelling strategic narratives for executive audiences.
- Maintain a disciplined, data-driven approach to problem-solving, with experience building frameworks, dashboards, and business cases from first principles.
- Be comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders, prioritizing workloads to meet aggressive deadlines without compromising quality.
- Demonstrate ownership of complex customer lifecycles, including adoption, expansion, and renewal management within large, matrixed organizations.
- Have a history of building and sustaining trusted relationships with senior decision-makers in technology and consulting sectors.
- Understand the nuances of enterprise sales cycles, contract negotiations, and stakeholder alignment practices within highly regulated industries.
