About the role
This position owns the end-to-end strategic management of a portfolio of enterprise clients within the GTM technology sector. The hire will partner directly with sales leaders and executives to design and execute growth strategies powered by AI decision-support. They will own the full customer lifecycle from initial onboarding through long-term retention and multi-year expansion. The role requires crafting and delivering tailored AI solutions that align with specific client workflows and revenue objectives. They will lead technical discovery sessions to validate data feasibility and map optimal workflows for each account. Success is measured through customer satisfaction, adoption depth, and sustained net retention growth. The hire will act as a primary strategic advisor, building trusted relationships at the C-suite and board level. They will translate complex AI capabilities into clear business outcomes that drive pipeline and revenue for clients.

What you'll do
- Lead outcome-focused pre-sales engagements by delivering compelling demonstrations aligned to strategic customer priorities.
- Conduct deep technical discovery to assess workflow fit and data feasibility while identifying expansion opportunities.
- Orchestrate seamless post-sales delivery in partnership with customers and Applied AI teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Deploy agentic workflows through close collaboration with Agent Builders and lead go-live readiness activities including QA and UAT.
- Drive seamless onboarding and enablement processes that align new customers with their core business objectives.
- Shape the future of AI GTM product innovation by collaborating on new agentic patterns with Product and Engineering teams.
- Maximize customer satisfaction and adoption rates to secure renewals and build long-term strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans with stakeholder maps, expansion roadmaps, and mutual success plans.
- Orchestrate co-sell and co-marketing initiatives with Salesforce ISV partnership and AppExchange teams to generate joint pipeline.
- Identify and drive demand generation efforts through systematic workflow expansion opportunities.
- Guide customers in selecting optimal workflows to maximize go-to-market productivity and efficiency.
- Build a robust champion network by cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders inside client organizations.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess progress and align strategies with evolving customer goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account management to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including net retention rate, account consumption, and account relationship health.
Requirements
- Hold 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles within a professional services environment.
- Bring at least 3 years of tenure at a top-tier strategy firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG or within a Big 4 strategy practice.
- Demonstrate proven experience leading go-to-market and commercial excellence programs for enterprise clients.
- Maintain regular engagement with C-level executives providing strategic counsel and building trusted relationships.
- Show deep expertise in the revenue operations technology stack including CRM, CMS, ABM, and Sales Intelligence platforms.
- Possess hands-on experience applying AI and ML solutions to optimize revenue operations and customer success strategies.
- Exhibit familiarity with Sales, Salesforce, and the broader Sales SaaS and AI technology domain.
- Operate with high emotional intelligence and agility, balancing strategic framing with hands-on execution.
- Earn a Bachelor's degree as a minimum academic requirement with preference for MBA or advanced degree.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking must translate into immediate actionable outcomes.
- Communicate effectively at both executive and operational levels with clarity and precision.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills in complex enterprise scenarios.
