You will own the end-to-end analysis of business problems and translate them into actionable system changes. You will act as the primary liaison between sales leadership and the technical teams building on the platform. The position demands a blend of analytical rigor and practical implementation to drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency and the quoting experience. You will leverage data and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution.

What you'll do
- Evaluate business processes and sales systems to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency gains.
- Manage projects from inception to closure, handling all phases including requirements gathering, system design, user acceptance testing, and post-launch support.
- Configure Salesforce platforms, specifically building and maintaining Flows, custom objects, and security controls to meet business needs.
- Partner with business stakeholders and the Corporate Systems team to deliver sustainable and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with senior administrators and developers to refine and manage complex CRM data models, including Accounts and Opportunities.
- Provide daily system support to internal stakeholders and proactively resolve workflow issues to minimize disruption.
- Ensure all system changes are accompanied by thorough testing, detailed documentation, and clear communication to all relevant parties.
- Investigate and explore the application of AI tools to improve internal workflows and simplify seller processes.
- Partner with finance and sales operations to ensure all system changes align with overarching business objectives and financial targets.
- Gather and analyze complex requirements to ensure proposed solutions fully address the needs of end-users and stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical expert and resource to guide users on Salesforce best practices and system capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and improved user experience.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather feedback, validate system designs, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Maintain detailed records of all processes, configurations, and changes to create a repository of institutional knowledge for future reference.
Requirements
- Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory.
- 7+ years of experience in a Sales Business Systems Analyst role or within Salesforce support functions.
- Proven experience with CPQ implementation and a strong, working understanding of end-to-end quote-to-cash processes.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud best practices, including the configuration of Flows, validation rules, and the creation and management of Reports.
- Mindset for AI: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development, generate code, and draft requirements.
- Process Mapping & Translation: Ability to map complex business processes and translate functional needs into clear user stories, requiring strong collaboration and analytical skills.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working within Agile development environments and a proven ability to partner effectively with development teams.
- Data Modeling: Strong understanding of data modeling principles and how they specifically apply to sales environments and CRM platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Prioritization: Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data Governance: Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity, security, and compliance in all system configurations.
- Knowledge Sharing: Willingness to mentor junior team members and actively share knowledge to elevate the capabilities of the broader organization.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience in conducting root cause analysis and applying creative problem-solving to complex business challenges.
- CPQ Certification: The possession of a Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is considered a "Nice to have" credential.
