You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic enterprise clients, acting as the primary commercial leader responsible for acquiring and expanding business within your assigned portfolio. You will partner directly with C-suite stakeholders to architect digital transformation roadmaps that align the real estate development lifecycle with data-driven decision-making. This role demands that you become the trusted advisor who reframes how large-scale developers think about risk, timing, and capital efficiency through platform intelligence. You will leverage Northspyre's automation and analytics capabilities to demonstrate quantifiable ROI on project execution and portfolio performance. Collaboration will be essential as you synchronize with internal product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term retention. Ultimately, you will be accountable for forecasting, pipeline management, and quota attainment in a fast-paced environment that rewards insight, persistence, and strategic influence.

What you'll do
Drive strategic enterprise sales by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with C-level decision makers across the development ecosystem.
Conduct discovery sessions to map organizational pain points and map Northspyre platform capabilities to measurable outcomes in schedule, cost, and risk mitigation.
Develop multi-threaded relationship strategies that engage executive sponsors, technical champions, and end-users to build consensus and accelerate buying cycles.
Own complex, long-cycle sales engagements that require navigating procurement, legal, and executive approval processes with professionalism and precision.
Leverage data analytics and ROI modeling to articulate the financial impact of platform adoption on development velocity, capital deployment, and portfolio profitability.
Collaborate with solution engineering and implementation teams to design tailored demos, proof-of-concept scenarios, and value-Realization plans for enterprise accounts.
Partner with marketing to define target account lists, create compelling narratives, and align sales plays with demand generation campaigns.
Maintain rigorous pipeline management using CRM tools to forecast revenue, track deal stage progression, and ensure predictable quarter-end results.
Champion customer success initiatives by identifying expansion opportunities, driving adoption of advanced modules, and reducing churn through proactive engagement.
Represent Northspyre at industry conferences, webinars, and prospect meetings to elevate brand presence and reinforce thought leadership in real estate technology.
Continuously refine sales methodologies based on competitive intelligence, feedback from customer interactions, and evolving market dynamics.
Act as a subject matter expert internally, contributing insights from the field to product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market optimization.
Demonstrate mastery of the platform by articulating how integrated project, financial, and risk data translates into actionable intelligence for development teams.
Pursue continuous learning to stay current on real estate development trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that influence client priorities.
Requirements
You must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field of study or professional background.
You must have a proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, management consulting, or other analytical client-facing roles spanning at least three years.
You must demonstrate the ability to earn annual total compensation in excess of $250,000 through consistent quota attainment and value-based selling.
You must exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to distill complex platform capabilities into clear, persuasive narratives for senior audiences.
You must display a relentless focus on details, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, contract terms, and data-driven recommendations.
You must thrive in ambiguous environments, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining composure under tight deadlines and high-stakes negotiations.
You must be highly self-motivated, taking ownership of your schedule, pipeline health, and professional development without direct supervision.
You must have a history of top-tier performance, evidenced by consistent over-achievement against sales quotas and positive feedback from previous managers.
You must be comfortable working fully remotely while maintaining strong working relationships across distributed teams and stakeholders.
You must be willing to travel occasionally for key client meetings, partner events, and training sessions as required by strategic accounts.

This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel expectations as dictated by strategic account needs.
