What you'll do

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven strategies to optimize proposal operations, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle, from initial concept through to submission, ensuring that all proposals meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with business development, technical teams, and subject matter experts to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
• Analyze and assess current proposal processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices in proposal management.
• Develop and maintain a centralized repository of proposal resources, templates, and past submissions to facilitate knowledge sharing and reuse.

• Prepare and present reports to senior management on proposal performance metrics, highlighting successes and areas for growth.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements throughout the proposal process.
• Foster strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support for proposal initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align proposal operations with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
• Drive initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the proposal team and across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in proposal management, operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex proposals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in proposal operations.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Familiarity with proposal management software and tools is a plus.
