Key facts
What you'll do
- Define and enhance the capabilities of Nexthink's next-generation platform to ensure it is faster to build upon, easier to scale, and optimized for AI-driven experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering and feature teams to pinpoint areas where AI can streamline configuration, setup, and ongoing management for IT teams.
- Foster collaboration across various teams, working closely with other platform and feature Product Managers to identify integration points and design impactful, reusable components.
- Simplify complex concepts by establishing clear platform outcomes, technical abstractions, and trade-offs that align the priorities of engineering, data, and product teams.
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams to convert long-term technical initiatives into a coherent product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
- Anticipate dependencies across different domains and make informed prioritization and sequencing decisions to maintain platform alignment and reliability.
- Engage with enterprise IT teams, effectively translating intricate concepts into clear, actionable outcomes for customers.
- Drive the modernization of the platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform evolves cohesively and meets future demands.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Product Management within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms.
- Strong technical knowledge, with a solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges and define scalable solutions that connect technical trade-offs to business value.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level personnel.
- Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and capable of quickly learning new technical domains.
- A collaborative spirit, passionate about solving complex problems in a constructive, cross-functional, and global team environment.

The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from €60,000 to €85,500 gross per year, with total on-target earnings (OTE) between €66,000 and €93,000, which includes an annual performance bonus.
