About the role
Nexthink is looking for a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager to join their growing team based in Boston. This role centers on building and delivering programs that help the revenue organization perform at its highest level across every stage of the customer journey. You will partner with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted coaching plans that drive measurable improvement in deal execution. The manager will own the design and rollout of enablement initiatives that directly support pipeline growth, conversion rates, and overall revenue targets. This position requires close collaboration with go-to-market teams to ensure that sales representatives have the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed.

What you'll do
Design and deliver sales training programs that improve rep performance across the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted coaching plans for each sales stage. Develop and maintain detailed playbooks that guide sellers through key customer conversations, objections, and negotiation scenarios. Create and manage a library of sales content including battle cards, case studies, competitive analyses, and pitch templates. Analyze sales metrics, win-loss data, and rep feedback to continuously improve enablement materials and training methods. Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth and effective ramp into the organization. Facilitate regular workshops, role-play sessions, and deal reviews to reinforce best practices and deepen product knowledge across the team. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales messaging stays aligned with company strategy and upcoming product launches. Track the effectiveness of all enablement programs through surveys, assessments, and business outcomes, then report results to senior leadership. Manage relationships with external training vendors and evaluate new learning technologies that could support revenue team productivity and growth. Support the development of regional and vertical-specific sales strategies by tailoring enablement content to different market segments and customer types. Drive continuous improvement by benchmarking against industry standards and incorporating the latest research in adult learning and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
Proven track record of 5 or more years in revenue enablement, sales training, or a related field within a technology company. Experience managing enablement programs for a mid-sized to large sales organization with documented, measurable impact on revenue outcomes. Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or challenger sales frameworks and how to apply them in practice. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions both in person and through virtual platforms to diverse audiences. Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools to track program participation, effectiveness, and return on investment. Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related discipline. Self-directed professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple enablement projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience working with sales leadership to translate business objectives into actionable enablement strategies and quarterly priorities. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt programs quickly in response to changing market conditions or internal priorities.
Nice to have
Experience working in a B2B software or technology company with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enterprise accounts. Familiarity with learning management systems and enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Mindtickle to manage content and training at scale. Background in building data-driven enablement strategies using dashboards, reporting tools, and CRM analytics to measure program impact. Prior experience leading cross-functional initiatives that span sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to drive alignment. Certification in sales training or adult learning methodologies such as CSP or CPT would be a strong advantage.

Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in the Boston office with regular in-person collaboration expected with the sales team. The role reports to the head of sales enablement and works closely with the revenue leadership team on strategic priorities and quarterly goals. Candidates should be prepared to travel occasionally for regional sales meetings, offsites, and customer-facing events throughout the year.
