The Senior Technology Alliances Manager will focus on developing strategic partnerships with technology firms, transforming these relationships into collaborative integrations and innovative solutions that drive growth for Nexthink. This role emphasizes partnership building rather than sales, requiring a proactive individual who can foresee the needs of each partnership and actively contribute to the development of the partner ecosystem.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Technology Alliances, the Senior Manager will be responsible for executing strategies related to Nexthink's key technology partnerships. This role involves managing business relationships and ensuring that each partnership yields mutual benefits through joint product integrations and co-developed solutions.

What you'll do
- Formulate and implement partnership strategies for each designated strategic technology partner, ensuring alignment with Nexthink's overall objectives.
- Establish operational plans for partnerships that include clear milestones, deliverables, and metrics to gauge success.
- Cultivate and sustain multi-level relationships within partner organizations, engaging with executives, product leaders, and technical teams, including C-level executives.
- Conduct regular evaluations of partnership performance with strategic partners to monitor health, progress, and identify areas for growth.
- Act as the primary business representative for Nexthink, coordinating with partner Product Management and Engineering teams to create, develop, and launch joint solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Management and architecture teams to ensure that every technology integration is well-defined, aligned with the product roadmap, and has a clear path to general availability and support.
- Work alongside Legal to finalize partnership agreements and address any contractual matters related to joint solutions.
- Partner with Finance to analyze partnership economics, develop joint investment cases, and create business cases for new integrations.
- Collaborate with Partner Operations to manage program requirements, onboarding processes, documentation, and internal alignment to facilitate smooth partnership operations.
- Coordinate with Channel and Managed Service Provider (MSP) leaders to extend strategic technology integrations through various channels as needed.
- Provide necessary context and support to Sales and Channel teams for the execution of joint partner solutions in the field.
- Assist in crafting partner-specific messaging, competitive positioning, and co-selling strategies with Sales Alliances and Channel teams.
- Partner with Marketing to execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-branded materials, webinars, events, and case studies.
- Represent Nexthink at partner events and executive briefings to strengthen partnerships and enhance collaboration.
- Regularly update the Nexthink executive team on partnership statuses, progress, and future directions, while addressing any risks or challenges with actionable recommendations.
- Deliver quarterly partnership scorecards that evaluate integration adoption and overall partnership health, presenting a consolidated review to the executive leadership team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, or business development.
- Proven success in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or data protection, particularly in executing strategic technology partnerships and developing joint integrations and solutions.
- Experience working with notable partners such as CrowdStrike, ServiceNow, Palo Alto Networks, AWS, or Microsoft is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in API-based integrations, cloud architectures, and modern AI frameworks.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust-based connections across various levels of partner organizations.
- Proficiency in cross-functional leadership, capable of aligning diverse teams around partnership goals.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software economics and how technology partnerships contribute to ecosystem value.
Nice to have
- Experience in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships in a dynamic Digital Employee Experience (DEX) landscape.
- Familiarity with integration discussions involving APIs, AI Skills, and agentic workflows.
- Previous experience in a role that required championing partner success stories both internally and externally.
