What you'll do
- Develop and expand new business opportunities within organizations that operate between 5,000 and 10,000 endpoints.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture a robust pipeline of potential accounts to drive growth.
- Conduct thorough account planning that addresses customer pain points, desired business results, and measurable value propositions.
- Engage in high-quality discovery sessions with leaders from IT, Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Desk, and Operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams across pre-sales, professional services, customer success, marketing, and partners to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Establish trust with clients by positioning yourself as a knowledgeable advisor on Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
- Manage both tactical opportunities and larger strategic deals within your designated territory.
- Partner with Nexthink affiliates to enhance account coverage and maximize customer impact.
- Lead negotiations, develop pricing strategies, and manage contracts with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis to track progress and performance.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in inside sales, commercial sales, or a closing role.
- Demonstrated success in generating pipelines, creating opportunities, and achieving sales quotas.
- Strong discipline in prospecting and experience in optimizing sales processes.
- Ability to articulate business value rather than just product features.
- Confidence in engaging with both IT and business stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent skills in building relationships and communicating clearly.
- Strong adherence to CRM best practices and forecasting accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with modern sales tools.
- Quick adaptability to learn Nexthink's platform, the DEX landscape, and relevant customer use cases.

Practical notes
- The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $87,000 annually, with potential total on-target earnings (OTE) between $130,000 and $160,000, including additional commission opportunities.
