What you'll do
- Develop and implement the channel growth strategy for Europe, ensuring consistent revenue generation and partner success.
- Establish and nurture robust executive relationships with key strategic partners, distributors, and alliance organizations.
- Actively engage in the field, collaborating closely with partners and the internal sales team to identify opportunities, eliminate barriers, and expedite business processes.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing regional channel team, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Oversee partner recruitment, enablement, business planning, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Customer Success, and Leadership to enhance market impact.
- Foster a performance-driven culture that emphasizes execution, pipeline development, and measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Lead regular training sessions and workshops for partners to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
- Report on channel performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
