We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to drive the end-to-end release lifecycle + QA certification across multiple products and environments. The role requires strong coordination across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams, ensuring predictable, high-quality releases. In addition, the candidate should have worked in driving QA processes and test automation, enabling them to effectively drive release quality and readiness.

Key responsibilities

1) Release planning & execution

• Own and manage the complete release lifecycle - planning, scheduling, coordination, deployment, and validation.
• Define and execute release strategies that align with business objectives and product roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring seamless collaboration among engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Manage end-to-end release planning, scheduling, and deployment across multiple environments and products.
• Partner with DevOps to streamline pipelines, infrastructure, and environment management for reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with product managers to clarify requirements, scope, and timelines for each release cycle.

2) QA certification & quality assurance

• Oversee QA certification processes to validate release readiness and compliance with quality standards.
• Drive test automation initiatives that enhance coverage, reliability, and efficiency of release validation.
• Lead post-release reviews and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement in release practices.

3) Monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder engagement

• Monitor release performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve flow.
• Establish and maintain release documentation, procedures, and dashboards for transparency and auditability.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and dependencies throughout the release lifecycle.
• Promote a culture of quality by mentoring teams on release management principles and hands-on QA techniques.
