About the role
You will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for AI-driven agentic experiences at Neuron7, defining the vision that turns complex service data into autonomous decision support. You will architect intuitive diagnostic journeys that guide users seamlessly through troubleshooting, insight discovery, and resolution. You will translate ambiguous enterprise service challenges into clear product requirements for engineers and data scientists. You will partner closely with customer success to align product releases with real-world support scenarios and evolving client needs. You will establish the product metrics that prove how agentic workflows reduce time-to-resolution and improve diagnostic confidence. You will prioritize features that balance rapid experimentation with the reliability required in enterprise service environments. You will ensure that the agentic interface feels coherent, trustworthy, and powerful across every interaction.

What you'll do
Define the north star metrics and success criteria for agentic workflows across diagnostics, search, and case resolution.
Translate raw service data and customer feedback into product hypotheses that de-risk support automation initiatives.
Design agent-assisted user journeys that minimize manual steps and maximize actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with data scientists to validate knowledge graph accuracy and decision-tree logic in production scenarios.
Own the integration roadmap for ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, and FSM tools.
Establish analytics dashboards that track diagnostic accuracy, case deflection, and technician productivity.
Conduct discovery interviews with field service teams to uncover workflow bottlenecks and unmet information needs.
Prioritize features that balance innovation with the operational realities of 24/7 service support.
Champion experimentation frameworks that enable rapid iteration without compromising system stability.
Shape the long-term product narrative around trust, transparency, and measurable ROI for enterprise clients.
Define documentation standards and user education content to accelerate time-to-value for new agentic features.
Partner with customer success to identify reference customers and co-develop value stories from live deployments.
Maintain a living product glossary that aligns technical terminology with frontline service language.
Set up feedback loops that feed real-world performance data directly into the product roadmap.
Champion accessibility and usability so that diverse support teams can adopt the agentic tools effortlessly.
Requirements
8+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of delivering complex software products.
Experience building in AI diagnostics, Field Service Management, or support automation ecosystems.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, and Zendesk platforms.
Exposure to LLMs, AI search architectures, and ML system constraints in production settings.
Demonstrated analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data, metrics, and experimentation results.
Experience working directly with field service and technical support teams to inform product decisions.
Commitment to building secure, reliable, and privacy-conscious product experiences in regulated environments.
Ability to operate independently while aligning with distributed engineering and design teams across Bay Area and Bangalore.
Nice to have
Experience owning analytics and insights products that surface search and diagnostic KPIs to customers.
Background in curation tools or expert workflow optimization for service operations.
Familiarity with customer success workflows in enterprise SaaS selling into large service organizations.
Practical notes
The role is based in our Bengaluru office, and candidates should be able to work from that location.
This is a full-time position aligned with standard business hours, with flexibility for occasional after-hours coordination for critical releases.
Travel is generally not required for this role, though occasional in-person collaboration with global teams may be requested.
