What you'll do
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Manage social media accounts by curating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting audiences, and tracking campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure alignment in messaging and promotional efforts.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a technology or software environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track and report on marketing performance.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
