Requirements
Three or more years in GTM Engineering, sales, growth, RevOps, or MarketingOps is required. Strong technical foundations allow writing code and establishing scalable system architecture. Demonstrated business intuition guides initiative selection to move critical metrics. Deep curiosity drives tinkering and investigation into complex problems. Hustle and grit support thriving in ambiguity, owning new problems, and iterating until solutions work. Exceptional cross-functional skills foster partnerships with Sales and internal teams for high-leverage systems. High-ownership leadership sets standards, leads from the front, and takes full accountability for outcomes. A bachelor's degree is required. US citizenship or permanent authorization is required.

Experience shipping physical-economy AI products is preferred.
