Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
Job description
About the role
Netic builds AI revenue engines for essential service providers across North America. We are backed by $43M in funding from investors including Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field. Our team consists of engineers from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard. You will own the design and end to end delivery of multi-modal AI agents that directly improve the operational efficiency and revenue of our enterprise customers. This role requires you to act as a technical bridge between complex engineering solutions and the real world workflows of service businesses. You will be responsible for translating ambiguous customer problems into reliable, production grade software that scales from pilot to wide deployment. A core part of your ownership is running live experiments, analyzing their impact, and iterating quickly based on observed behavior in customer environments. You will also own the long term technical strategy for the features you ship, ensuring that system reliability, performance, and maintainability are maintained as the product evolves.
