About the role
You will own the design and continuous optimization of the end-to-end revenue operations stack that powers our essential services sales motion. This role requires you to act as our central Salesforce administrator and strategic RevOps partner responsible for elevating the quality and effectiveness of our CRM data and processes. You will leverage AI capabilities to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and the creation of scalable processes across the entire revenue lifecycle. You will identify gaps and inefficiencies within our GTM funnel and proactively collaborate with sales, growth, and GTM Engineering to architect and implement solutions. This position will lead the development of our revenue forecasting, pipeline health monitoring, and performance reporting frameworks to drive decision making. You will also support territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and the definition of incentive structures that align with our growth goals. Your work will enable our revenue teams with clear processes, comprehensive documentation, and exceptional operational clarity. You will establish clear operating cadences, maintain rigorous documentation, and define performance reviews and MBRs for our business unit and sales leadership. What you'll do
- Architect and manage the end-to-end revenue operations stack including CRM, forecasting systems, pipeline management tools, and operational technology.
- Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator tasked with improving data quality, process efficiency, and user adoption across the CRM platform.
- Drive data integrity, ensure reporting accuracy, and build scalable processes that support the full revenue lifecycle with an emphasis on reliability.
- Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance operational workflows, automate manual tasks, and elevate the quality of RevOps deliverables.
- Analyze the GTM funnel to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks while partnering with sales, growth, and engineering to resolve them.
- Lead the development and maintenance of revenue forecasting models, pipeline health assessments, and performance reporting dashboards.
- Support strategic initiatives around territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and the creation of incentive structures that motivate high performance.
- Enable revenue teams by creating clear processes, maintaining thorough documentation, and providing operational clarity that removes ambiguity.
- Establish operating cadences, define documentation standards, and own performance reviews and MBRs for the business unit and sales leadership.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to build systems that are aligned, high leverage, and straightforward to execute against.
- Act as a high-ownership leader who sets the standard, leads from the front, and takes full accountability for RevOps outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure that sales tools and features are built with operational excellence and user needs in mind.
- Mentor revenue operations professionals and contribute to the development of a strong, data-driven GTM function.
- Continuously benchmark our RevOps practices against industry standards and implement improvements that drive efficiency and predictability.
- Ensure all RevOps initiatives are aligned with the broader company mission of bringing AI to essential service industries.
Requirements
- Bring 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a growth-stage environment.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of scaling revenue operations and playing a significant role in helping sales organizations grow.
- Possess a strong analytical mindset and comfort working with complex data, models, and metrics to inform business decisions.
- Have meaningful experience with quotas including setting and managing SDR quotas within a structured sales environment.
- Show deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce and a practical ability to get anything done within the platform.
- Ideally have strong connections or prior working relationships with Salesforce developers to facilitate technical implementations.
- Be AI native in your approach, with demonstrated experience using artificial intelligence to accelerate work and improve project quality.
