Account Executive
Job description
About the role
You are a relentless builder who owns the end-to-end revenue motion for Netic's enterprise customers in the essential services sector. You own the full sales cycle from first outbound to multi-million dollar contract sign-off, navigating complex stakeholder maps with precision. You treat every call as a data point and every objection as a product insight, iterating your playbook in real time. You are comfortable selling AI as a production system, not a feature, and you speak the language of operations, finance, and execution. You measure success in booked jobs and realized ROI, not just demo wins. You are a mission-driven operator who thrives in ambiguity and ships outcomes when process does not exist yet. You are accountable for forecasting, pipeline health, and quota attainment at a level that directly moves the company.
Key facts
What you'll do
Hit aggressive revenue targets by owning quota and forecast accuracy for six- and seven-figure ACV deals for mid-market and enterprise service companies.
Architect GTM playbooks that scale beyond founder-led selling, designing outbound cadences, event strategies, and partner motions aligned with buyer journeys.
Prospect with precision by mapping power structures, crafting tightly targeted cold email sequences, and building multi-threaded relationships that survive procurement drag.
Translate AI to ROI in the customer's language during live demos, showcasing measurable uplift in revenue and booked jobs instead of abstract tech jargon.
Run complex cycles by navigating legal, security, and integration hurdles; driving pilots to production; and landing-and-expanding with a portfolio view.
Close the feedback loop by capturing market signals and customer pain points, then routing them to product and engineering to unblock larger contracts.
Own the discovery and qualification phase, rapidly identifying economic buyers, influencers, and champions within operationally intense service organizations.
Build and maintain a multi-source pipeline through a balanced mix of outbound, referrals, and strategic outreach that consistently feeds the funnel.
Champion data-driven selling by rigorously maintaining CRM hygiene, updating forecast fields, and ensuring pipeline integrity supports accurate predictions.
Act as the voice of the customer within Netic, articulating operational realities and competitive dynamics to shape positioning and messaging.
Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when facing procurement delays, economic headwinds, and long sales cycles without losing execution velocity.
Operate with an owner's mindset, taking full responsibility for deals from kickoff to close and ensuring stakeholders have the context they need at every stage.
Show up as a credible advisor to customers by deeply understanding their workflows, labor economics, and compliance constraints in essential services.
Leverage Netic's AI revenue engine to surface the highest-intent opportunities and prioritize activities that drive the greatest pipeline efficiency.
Requirements
You bring 3+ years of enterprise sales pedigree selling technical software to mid-market and enterprise stakeholders with multi-sign-off complexity.
You are fluent in AI concepts, data workflows, and API integrations and can explain them to both technical leaders and operations operators without oversimplifying.
You have a proven record of building pipeline from zero, crafting outbound materials, and iterating pitches without hand-holding from enablement.
You are willing to travel regularly to spend time onsite with customers in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
You have sold into operationally intense service industries where uptime, compliance, and labor coordination are mission-critical.
You understand the difference between vanity metrics and leading indicators and use them to drive your own performance.
You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information while maintaining rigorous follow-through and accountability.
You communicate with precision, write clearly, and adapt your narrative to resonate with CFOs, founders, and frontline managers alike.
You hold yourself to a high standard of craftsmanship, treating every artifact - emails, decks, calls, and forecasts - as a deliverable.
Nice to have
Experience selling AI-native platforms or infrastructure that require explaining technical workflows to non-technical buyers.
A background in essential services verticals such as logistics, facilities, hospitality, or field operations.
Track record of managing multi-year contracts and expansion motions within existing accounts.
Practical notes
This role is full-time based in San Francisco.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship at this time.
Hiring process may include multiple interviews focused on role-play, forecasting, and scenario-based problem solving.
Travel is expected on a regular basis to engage with customers in person.
