You will architect and own the foundational field and event strategy that brings Netic's AI revenue engine directly to life for essential service businesses across North America. This role demands you design and execute high-stakes, in-person experiences that convert face-to-face trust into scalable, revenue-driving relationships. You will build the playbook from the ground up for how our brand shows up at the critical moments where buyers are making decisions. You will collaborate intensely with Sales to ensure every interaction, from a regional meetup to a major tradeshow booth, is engineered to move the funnel forward. Your work will define the tactile, human dimension of a category-defining AI company solving hard problems in the physical economy. You will own the full lifecycle of each event, translating complex data and ambitious goals into premium, memorable experiences that generate demand and foster raving fans. What you'll do
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify and activate high-value accounts, designing territory-specific field plays that turn strategic prospects into qualified opportunities.
- Own the complete end-to-end strategy and execution for Netic's presence at major industry tradeshows, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our premium positioning.
- Conceptualize and launch sponsored activations and immersive experiences that cut through market noise and generate measurable demand.
- Design and run regional meetups and intimate customer gatherings that deepen our partner ecosystem and amplify advocacy.
- Architect Netic-hosted programs that deliver exceptional guest experiences while rigorously tracking performance against growth and retention goals.
- Define clear event objectives and KPIs, then track outcomes to extract actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct rigorous post-event retrospectives to analyze what worked, what didn't, and codify learnings into scalable playbooks for the entire team.
- Champion an uncompromising standard of taste and operational excellence, ensuring every detail from concept to run-of-show is flawlessly executed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align event content with real-world feedback and market needs.
- Build scalable event assets and toolkits that empower our Sales team to replicate success in their own territories with minimal friction.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics to ensure shows run on time and on brand, embodying the reliability our mission requires.
- Own the narrative in real-world settings, translating our complex AI infrastructure into clear, compelling stories that resonate with essential service operators.
Requirements
You must have 5 or more consecutive years of professional experience in field and event marketing, with a proven history of building and executing programs that move the needle for revenue-focused organizations. You hold an expert-level understanding of event logistics and operations, knowing precisely what it takes to make complex shows and activations run smoothly and memorably. Your creative thinking is deeply buyer-obsessed, allowing you to design experiences that feel intuitive and irresistible to the professionals who keep the American economy moving. You demonstrate relentless operational excellence, where brilliant ideas are consistently backed by meticulous execution and attention to microscopic details. You thrive in environments with high ambiguity, taking full ownership of novel challenges and iterating rapidly until you discover the most effective path forward. You possess exceptional cross-functional influence, building strong, trust-based partnerships with Sales and external stakeholders to execute programs that are efficient and high-leverage.
