What you'll do
Serve as the single point of contact for the highest-value customers, owning the entire lifecycle of strategic accounts including onboarding, renewal negotiations, and multi-product expansion initiatives.
Translate complex operational data into executive-ready insights by utilizing SQL and advanced BI tools to build dashboards that prove quarterly ROI and directly inform QBR strategies aimed at reducing churn.
Identify and validate new high-impact use-cases by spotting emerging business opportunities, crafting compelling business cases, and coordinating with engineering and sales to convert satisfied customers into long-term, multi-product advocates.
Smash cross-functional blockers by aligning engineering, data, and GTM resources to deliver measurable value on aggressive timelines, ensuring that strategic deployments stay on schedule and meet strict performance targets.
Act as the primary strategist for deploying AI revenue engines into the physical economy, ensuring that product direction is heavily influenced by direct customer feedback and observed usage patterns.
Own the financial outcomes for assigned accounts by tracking booked revenue, marketing revenue, and ticket value lift to demonstrate clear, quantifiable impact on the bottom line.
Build and maintain a trusted executive presence by articulating long-form reasoning that translates intricate data sets into clear business narratives during leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings.
Champion a culture of execution and craftsmanship within the engineering teams, ensuring that agile practices and rigorous code quality standards are upheld to support reliable scaling.
Collaborate closely with product managers to refine roadmap priorities based on real-world deployment data and evolving customer needs in sectors such as home services, healthcare, and automotive.

Requirements
