About the role
This position is responsible for bringing frontier AI agents into essential service operations through customer deployments. You own end-to-end deployment outcomes, taking responsibility from the initial design phase through to final rollout, with success measured and iterated upon with clients. The role requires you to operate where software, AI, and physical operations converge to solve hard problems with complex data. You will translate abstract customer needs into scalable growth solutions that directly impact the physical economy. A significant portion of your work involves building automated workflows by transforming customer operations and product requirements. Your efforts will deliver immediate business impact for clients by ensuring reliable and smooth operations. You will work closely with technical and go-to-market teams to surface patterns across customer operations that shape product and engineering roadmaps. Strong communication is essential, as you must explain technical decisions in plain words to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
Hands-on coding experience in TypeScript, Python, or a similar modern language is used to build production solutions that power essential services. You understand APIs, databases, and web app architecture at a practical level to integrate disparate systems effectively and reliably. You engage directly with customers to troubleshoot issues, delivering fast and reliable solutions that keep operations running smoothly without disruption.
