What you'll do

• Develop and maintain both client-side and server-side components of our innovative platform, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to brainstorm, design, and implement new features that enhance user experience.
• Focus on optimizing the platform's performance, security, and scalability to meet the demands of a growing user base.
• Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Document code and processes thoroughly, facilitating knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in professional software engineering, demonstrating a strong track record of successful projects.
• Expertise in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on React and TypeScript as primary technologies.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from inception to completion, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Experience in a leadership role, with a focus on mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
• Must be willing to work on-site at our New York City office, fostering collaboration and team synergy.

• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure, enhancing our platform's deployment and scalability.
