About the role
You will lead, scale, and optimize enterprise post-sales delivery for Navan's most strategic accounts. This position requires you to own the strategic framework for client enablement and act as the primary voice of the customer within the organization. You will architect a long-term vision for a thirty-plus person global team, transforming it into a strategic retention weapon that secures at-risk partnerships. Your work will directly fuel revenue-aligned performance by ensuring customers realize rapid time-to-value and maximum ROI from the Navan platform. You will drive implementation for Navan Expense and re-engineer complex business processes to enhance user experience and month-end close. This role involves managing and influencing senior-level stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance to drive alignment and strategic clarity. You will recruit, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary global team, fostering a culture of extreme ownership and technical excellence. The position requires you to refine how Navan demonstrates and articulates client ROI through strategic value engineering for enterprise accounts.

What you'll do
- Architect a long-term vision for a thirty-plus person global team, transforming it into a strategic retention weapon.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and change management for the Navan Expense suite, re-engineering complex business processes to enhance user experience and month-end close.
- Serve as the executive technical lead for the most complex and mature accounts, performing deep-dive re-configurations and stabilizing at-risk enterprise partnerships.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary global team, fostering a culture of extreme ownership and technical excellence.
- Refine how Navan demonstrates and articulates client ROI through strategic value engineering for enterprise accounts.
- Manage and influence senior-level stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Finance, driving alignment and strategic clarity.
- Act as the strategic bridge to ensure client needs are embedded in the product roadmap and engineering priorities.
- Uplevel execution for launch acceleration, retention, and professional services to deliver rapid time-to-value for key accounts.
- Drive the implementation strategy for Navan Expense, ensuring alignment with finance and operational best practices.
- Own the customer success narrative by translating technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes for C-suite audiences.
- Establish governance frameworks that align solution consulting with product engineering and sales objectives.
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing client portfolios through deep business process analysis.
- Standardize playbooks for global implementation methodologies to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Provide thought leadership in fintech integrations, advising stakeholders on risk, compliance, and user adoption metrics.
Requirements
- You hold 8-10 years of experience leading post-sales delivery, solutions consulting, or technical account management in high-growth B2B environments.
- You demonstrate a deep understanding of the Office of the CFO, including global expense management, multi-entity accounting, and the technical intricacies of fintech integrations.
- You possess a proven capacity to manage a global profit and loss statement and a team exceeding twenty-five members with operational rigor.
- You exhibit strategic versatility by presenting a multi-year vision while diving into detailed frontline client challenges.
- You communicate with exceptional executive presence and navigate complex negotiations across cross-functional partners.
- You thrive in hyper-growth ambiguity, making quick decisions while aligning with a fast-paced, user-centric culture.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred.
- You have a documented history of stabilizing at-risk enterprise partnerships through hands-on technical leadership.
