What You'll Do
You will convert enterprise-level interest into a structured sales pipeline, managing opportunities from first contact through to closure. A core part of your responsibility involves designing and articulating the business value of our solutions to align with the strategic priorities of executive-level audiences. You will champion internal collaboration, organizing review sessions to confirm stakeholder needs, validate solution fit, and manage associated risks. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful shipping of complex implementations, adhering to timelines and resource plans. You will work closely with customer success to build strategies that support long-term retention and identify opportunities for expansion. A significant portion of the role involves mapping and understanding intricate decision-making processes, particularly within finance and operations. You will translate detailed product capabilities into clear, tailored narratives suitable for presentation to board-level stakeholders. The position also requires rigorous ownership of sales forecasts and monthly revenue targets within our CRM system. You will utilize advanced questioning techniques to uncover latent needs and frame solutions that demonstrate clear return on investment. Managing the sales pipeline involves constant prioritization and ruthless forecasting to ensure accurate revenue predictions. You will leverage data and insights to refine your sales approach and optimize conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of five years of experience in full-cycle sales, with a background in SaaS environments being highly relevant. You must have a proven history of three or more years selling to Chief-level executives and managing complex, lengthy sales cycles. A track record of closing deals with values exceeding $200,000 is essential. You have substantial experience in outbound prospecting and delivering compelling product demonstrations that resonate with executive audiences. While not mandatory, a prior focus on selling to finance stakeholders and navigating budget authority is advantageous. You utilize established sales methodologies, including MEDDICC, Challenger, and Command of the Message, to structure your approach. Success in this position requires a consistent history of meeting or surpassing sales targets in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. You thrive on adaptability, demonstrating quick understanding of change within a growing startup. You possess a growth mindset, actively learning and adjusting your skill set to meet evolving business demands. You must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom and possess the right to live and work in Ireland. Reliability and a professional demeanor are non-negotiable for this role.
