What you'll do
- Define, optimize, and execute the comprehensive Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy for the Italian market, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and local market dynamics.
- Manage the full operational lifecycle of the Italian Affiliate and Influencer network, encompassing pipeline development, strategic relationship management, commercial negotiation, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Conduct sophisticated data-driven research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, providing critical insights regarding acquisition rates, cost structures, profitability metrics, product penetration, and long-term customer retention.
- Own the comprehensive reporting of channel performance, distilling key insights and formulating strategic plans for presentation during weekly and monthly growth steering meetings.
- Develop and manage complex co-marketing campaigns with strategic business partners to expand audience reach and drive the acquisition of new user segments.
- Plan and coordinate offline growth initiatives, including the deployment of traditional media placements, large-scale displays, and dynamic event activations to increase brand visibility.
- Lead the execution of social media collaborations with key partners to amplify brand visibility, engagement, and community building across relevant platforms.
- Coordinate the creation of high-impact content with external subject-matter experts and industry speakers to build public brand awareness and establish thought leadership in the fintech space.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and execute new growth opportunities and experimental initiatives that support the broader marketing and business objectives of the organization.
- Ensure robust content compliance and the processing of internal rules and controls to mitigate risk and maintain the integrity of marketing operations.
- Drive the improvement of marketing processes related to partnership tracking, sophisticated attribution modeling, and budgeting for the Italian market.
- Manage the financial aspects of performance marketing, including the negotiation of diverse commercial structures such as CPA, CPL, varied fee structures, and commission tiers.
- Utilize advanced data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker, combined with advanced Excel or Google Sheets, to conduct thorough audits of performance and attribution.
- Operate with fluency in both Italian and English to facilitate seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement innovative strategies and experimental programs designed to achieve sustainable user and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience within high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles, demonstrating a versatile and resourceful marketing background.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years of direct, hands-on experience managing Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programs.
- Have a proven track record of independently building and scaling new partner relationships specifically within the Italian market.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker for performance analysis.
- Exhibit expert-level capability in using advanced Excel or Google Sheets to audit performance, analyze attribution, and manage complex data sets.
- Show confidence and clarity in negotiating diverse commercial structures, including CPA, CPL, fee structures, and commission tiers.
- Operate fluently in Italian and English to ensure effective communication across all internal and external stakeholders.
- Bring prior experience in the fintech or banking sector, which is considered a significant professional advantage for understanding the regulatory and market landscape.
