What you'll do
Lead end-to-end change management plans for projects spanning process, policy, and technology updates across the bank's Madrid office and broader European operations. Define stakeholder mapping and communication strategies tailored to different audiences including frontline staff, management, and compliance teams. Coordinate with project leads to embed change control gates into project timelines, ensuring that impact assessments are completed before any rollout proceeds. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build awareness and readiness for upcoming changes among affected employees. Develop and maintain change request logs, tracking the status of each initiative from proposal through approval and closure. Partner with the compliance and risk functions to align all change activities with regulatory expectations and internal control frameworks. Monitor change adoption rates through surveys, feedback loops, and key performance indicators, and report progress to leadership on a regular cadence. Identify resistance points early and design targeted mitigation actions to reduce friction during transitions. Maintain a centralized repository of change documentation including business cases, impact analyses, and post-implementation review reports. Support the continuous improvement culture by recommending process refinements based on lessons learned from completed change initiatives.
