Growth Program Manager
Job description
About the role
We are looking for a Growth Program Manager to join the Growth Operations team and drive the execution of N26's most critical strategic initiatives. This role focuses on high-impact, cross-departmental projects - such as refining our value proposition or optimizing global consent frameworks - that fundamentally shape our business. You will be the "bridge" between strategy and reality, ensuring that complex projects with dozens of moving parts stay on track. If you are a high-energy operator who excels at navigating ambiguity, chasing stakeholders, and maintaining a bird's-eye view of multiple workstreams, this is the role for you. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, translating high-level growth objectives into actionable plans that span the entire organization. Your work will directly influence the trajectory of the company by enabling timely and coordinated delivery across diverse teams. You will thrive in an environment where ownership, clarity, and results are paramount. This is a pivotal role for someone who wants to leave a tangible mark on how large-scale initiatives are managed and executed.
