Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

This position offers the chance to own the end to end delivery of critical data and AI features inside the MYOB SaaS platform. You will be responsible for designing intake pipelines that normalize messy business data before any downstream processing begins. The role requires you to construct cloud services on Azure and AWS while embedding scalability and recovery from the very beginning of the design. You will refine user workflows by coordinating frontend components with backend logic in a strict and predictable sequence. Automation of deployment routes through CI/CD systems will be part of your daily work to keep releases stable and traceable at all times. You will review code and architecture choices with peers to uphold standards and build a shared understanding across the team. The position involves shipping features behind feature flags so experiments can run safely without disturbing existing customers. Requirements

You must have hands on experience with programming skills in Python and node.js in real projects over time. This is a non negotiable requirement for the role and must be demonstrated through tangible work. You need experience developing web services and integrating with third party web services in production environments. You should understand how to deploy solutions to cloud platforms while considering resilience and recovery as core design principles. You have to grasp programming fundamentals and concepts deeply enough to adapt them to new contexts. You are required to follow DevOps, clean code, and event driven approaches in your daily work without exception. You must be ready to learn other languages and frameworks that support our technical direction as they evolve. You need familiarity with modern CI/CD tooling suites and established best practices inside pipelines. You have to adapt quickly when priorities, tools, and architectures shift constantly in a fast moving environment. The ability to maintain focus on delivering value while managing changing contexts is essential for success. You should be comfortable working with data pipelines and observing how information flows through complex systems. A strong sense of ownership around code quality and system reliability will be expected from day one.
