Product Marketing Lead
Job description
About the role
MyFunded Futures is not a traditional marketing role; it is a position defined by ownership and impact. You will own the narrative that connects our trading platforms and prop firm programs to the market, ensuring that our value proposition cuts through the noise of a crowded industry. This is a role for someone who treats marketing as a product discipline, applying the same rigor to messaging and positioning that engineers apply to code and product design. You will be the bridge between complex product decisions and the clear, compelling reasons why traders should choose us over established competitors. If you thrive in fast-moving environments where strategy meets execution, you will find a home here. We expect you to move quickly, challenge assumptions, and build campaigns that traders genuinely respond to. Ultimately, you will be accountable for shaping how the market perceives MyFunded Futures at every stage of the trader journey.
Key facts
What you'll do
Define and execute product marketing strategy across the entire MyFunded Futures ecosystem, encompassing both trading platforms and proprietary prop firm evaluation programs.
Partner directly with Product leadership to access roadmap information early, enabling the development of launch strategies that are built on insight rather than announcements.
Translate dense technical product decisions, such as platform integrations, payout mechanics, drawdown rules, and account tier structures, into clear messaging that resonates with active traders.
Own the end-to-end go-to-market execution for new features and product lines, coordinating positioning, messaging, launch timing, and alignment with Marketing, Content, and Sales/BD teams.
Articulate the distinct advantages of our platform, focusing on execution quality, payout structures, and integrations that solve real trader pain points.
Develop comprehensive sales and partnership enablement materials that equip BD and account teams with the language and tools needed to communicate product value effectively.
Establish feedback loops to track launch performance and user adoption, analyzing the data to identify opportunities for optimization in future initiatives.
Monitor competitor product marketing activity, positioning, and messaging to identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation in the prop trading market.
Champion a narrative that explains not just what our platforms do, but why they matter to traders who are serious about capital allocation and performance.
Ensure that all product marketing initiatives are aligned with the broader brand story, reinforcing trust, transparency, and performance in the fintech trading community.
Support the creation of content and tools that educate traders on complex product features, reducing friction in the onboarding and evaluation process.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify market opportunities and validate hypotheses before investing in large-scale campaigns.
Maintain a deep understanding of trader behavior and market dynamics to inform positioning that feels authentic and relevant to the target audience.
Act as the primary marketing representative in discussions about product trade-offs, user experience, and go-to-market feasibility.
Requirements
You must have a demonstrable track record of product marketing experience within the fintech, financial markets, or other technically complex and regulated industries.
You possess a strong ability to deconstruct intricate product mechanics and reconstruct them into clear, persuasive messaging that drives trader interest and action.
You are comfortable operating in a environment where you will partner directly with Product and Engineering teams, influencing decisions with a marketing and user-centric perspective.
You have a genuine interest in trading, financial markets, or the specific culture of prop firms, allowing you to speak the language of our target audience authentically.
You exhibit extreme ownership, taking full responsibility for the outcomes of product marketing initiatives from strategy through execution and measurement.
You are highly organized and meticulous, capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders without sacrificing quality or clarity.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio or examples that showcase your ability to craft compelling narratives for technical products.
You are comfortable using data to inform decisions, analyzing performance metrics, and iterating based on evidence rather than intuition.
Nice to have
Prior experience working with prop trading firms, evaluation platforms, or performance-based financial products is strongly preferred.
Background in trading infrastructure, brokerage technology, or financial data systems provides a distinct advantage in understanding our product stack.
Experience with sales enablement and the creation of materials that support business development efforts is highly valued.
