Product Director
Job description
About the role
The Product Director, Futures Trading will be responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end product strategy across a portfolio of interconnected trading businesses that serve professional traders. This leader translates high-level executive objectives into concrete, sequenced roadmaps that drive user activation, capital allocation, and long-term retention across the trader lifecycle. They will own the complete trader journey, from initial account setup and identity verification through execution workflows, drawdown governance, payout processing, and third-party platform integrations. Success in this role requires close collaboration with Engineering and Data teams to scope, build, and iterate on features that meaningfully move core business metrics such as funding rates, retention, and risk-adjusted performance. The Product Director operates at the intersection of bold product vision and rigorous execution, maintaining deep respect for market mechanics while moving at the speed of fintech. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role designed for someone who thrives when clarity, momentum, and ownership collide in a fast-scaling environment.
