What you'll do

• Lead the global tender management process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
• Develop and implement innovative solution designs that cater to client requirements and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in tender management, solution design, or a related area within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale tenders and developing winning proposals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and developing teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
