What you'll do

• Lead the control tower operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective logistics management and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance service delivery and optimize resource utilization across the supply chain.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, address issues, and drive improvements in operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehousing, and transportation, to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
• Oversee the execution of logistics plans, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of control tower operations and logistics management principles.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities, with a focus on team development and performance management.

Nice to have

• Experience in the freight forwarding or transportation industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous, alongside proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in a multinational company or working in a multicultural environment.

• Proficient in logistics management systems and tools, including TMS and WMS.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
