Head of Third Party Sales
Job description
Head of Third Party Sales at Buyagift and Red Letter Days
About the role
You will own the commercial strategy and execution for third-party sales channels, defining how Buyagift and Red Letter Days show up profitably across e-tail, marketplaces, and physical retail. You will be accountable for resetting an underperforming but high-potential part of the business, taking direct responsibility for revenue growth, partner performance, and operational simplicity across a fragmented channel landscape. This role demands that you build and lead a team that combines commercial account management with hands-on retail execution, ensuring that strategy translates into measurable results on the ground. You will work closely with Partner Management to shape the right range, secure prominent distribution, and introduce new customers to our brands in a way that feels authentic and compelling. Since joining the Moonpig Group in 2022, the business has been guided by strong values, bold ideas, and a shared passion for creating meaningful connections through experiences. In this role, you will have the opportunity to define the future of third-party sales, turning scattered efforts into a cohesive engine that drives sustainable growth. You will be measured by your ability to build a repeatable, scalable model that balances ambition with operational discipline, delivering long-term value for the Moonpig Group.
