- Execute a comprehensive search strategy to uncover passive talent pools for specialized technical roles across the United States and European markets, utilizing advanced search techniques and Boolean logic.
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels including social media platforms, professional databases, and niche communities to map potential candidate landscapes and build robust pipelines.
- Analyze market trends and competitor movements to identify emerging talent hotspots and provide actionable intelligence to the recruitment team regarding market competitiveness.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to verify qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring that only the most suitable profiles progress to the selection phase.
- Serve as the primary liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators to streamline communication and align on evolving hiring priorities.
- Implement rigorous data management practices to maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, candidate interactions, and pipeline health within recruitment systems.
- Proactively screen resumes and online profiles to filter out unsuitable candidates, thereby increasing the efficiency of the overall hiring workflow.
- Deploy creative outreach methodologies to engage passive candidates, including personalized messaging and targeted campaign development.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to candidate generation, response rates, and time-to-fill to optimize sourcing strategies continuously.
- Adapt quickly to shifting business requirements by supporting urgent searches for non-technical roles when organizational needs dictate.
- Collaborate with recruiters to develop compelling value propositions that resonate with target candidates and enhance MongoDB's employer brand.
- Conduct regular market mapping exercises to identify competitors and understand talent mobility patterns within the tech industry.
- Facilitate debrief sessions with interviewers to gather feedback on candidate performance and refine evaluation criteria over time.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate hiring policies and data protection regulations throughout the sourcing and engagement process.
Requirements
- Must possess prior experience in technical recruitment with a demonstrated focus on sourcing passive candidates in fast-paced environments.
- Must be capable of employing innovative sourcing strategies to access new talent pools and actively share insights with colleagues to elevate team performance.
- Must exhibit strong analytical skills to conduct independent research and utilize data effectively to guide sourcing strategies and influence stakeholder decisions.
- Must have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and organization in fast-paced settings.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Must be proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, with familiarity with Greenhouse and Gem being a distinct advantage.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for this position.
- Must be willing to work based on East Coast hours or be physically located near a MongoDB office to ensure seamless collaboration.

Compensation
