Director, Healthcare Partnerships
Job description
About the role
The Director of Healthcare Partnerships is responsible for architecting and deepening strategic relationships with healthcare organizations that possess regional influence or national scale, often operating across multiple service lines such as Long-term Care, Post-discharge support, and Chronic Care nutrition programs. This leader will cultivate a partnership mindset, ensuring that Mom's Meals is perceived not merely as a vendor but as an indispensable extension of each healthcare partner's clinical team dedicated to quality outcomes and superior customer service. Success in this position will be defined by the ability to identify new growth opportunities and align Mom's Meals capabilities with the strategic goals of large healthcare networks. The Director will provide visionary leadership and hands-on guidance to a team of regional field-based Managers of Healthcare Partnerships, fostering collaboration and best practices. This position requires a proactive approach to market intelligence, using insights to position Mom's Meals as the industry leader in medically tailored meals and nutritional support. The role is critical in bridging the gap between clinical needs and operational execution through strong consultative selling. Ultimately, the Director will drive revenue growth and solidify long-term strategic partnerships that enhance patient outcomes and support value-based care initiatives.
