Requirements
Two or more years of experience building and scaling B2B growth engines in roles such as growth, performance marketing, revops, or sales engineering. Clear ownership of outcomes is required for this position.
Demonstrated comfort with analytics and funnel diagnostics is shown through understanding CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and payback. Judgment is used to prioritize work that matters most.
Regular implementation of automation and modern go-to-market tools multiplies throughput and quality. AI-native operation is expected within GTM workflows.
Operational rigor maintains high standards for data integrity, process consistency, and cross-functional execution. These standards hold under tight timelines.
Stakeholders across Product, Sales, Operations, and leadership are managed through strong communication. Alignment is driven without consensus paralysis.
