What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading technical teams.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with experience in relevant frameworks and libraries.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
