About the role
The Channel Sales Manager for EMEA at Mixpanel is responsible for receiving coaching while actively managing a portfolio of strategic partners in close collaboration with the Mixpanel sales teams. In this capacity, you will act as the primary commercial link between Mixpanel and its partner ecosystem, ensuring that channel objectives are met and revenue targets are exceeded. The role requires you to leverage strong commercial instincts to identify opportunities, challenge partners, and drive sustainable growth through the channel. You will own the end-to-end partner sales cycle, from initial engagement through to deal closure and beyond, ensuring that all activities align with Mixpanel's broader business goals. What you'll do
Perform proactive outbound and inbound engagement with partner organizations to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing relationships within the EMEA region.
Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and partner managers to develop and execute joint sales plans that align partner capabilities with Mixpanel's product roadmap and customer needs.
Research and qualify partner-led accounts, applying strong commercial instincts to assess deal potential and pipeline health across Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Coordinate with Mixpanel's sales and product teams to run tailored demos, handle complex objections, and articulate the unique value of event-based analytics in data-driven decision making.
Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals, targets, and performance metrics.
Utilize CRM and partner management platforms to track all partner interactions, deal stages, and outcomes, ensuring accurate forecasting and reliable pipeline visibility.
Monitor and analyze partner-sourced activity using analytics and reporting tools to measure performance, identify trends, and optimize channel strategies over time.
Support the development and execution of sales methodologies specific to channel and partnership selling, adapting approaches to suit high-growth market dynamics.
Contribute to the creation of sales materials, playbooks, and enablement content that equips partners to sell Mixpanel effectively in their respective markets.
Travel within the EMEA region as required to support key partners, attend strategic meetings, and participate in initiatives that drive joint growth.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partners have the resources, training, and guidance needed to succeed in selling Mixpanel's solutions.

Requirements
At least two years of experience in sales, business development or another commercial role, ideally within SaaS.
Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of how pipeline is created and deals progress over time in a subscription-based business.
Clear and confident communication skills to engage partners and internal stakeholders effectively across diverse regions and cultures.
The ability to build productive relationships with partners and internal sales teams across regions, aligning objectives and driving collective outcomes.
