What you'll do

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate changes and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, address challenges, and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering quality results on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
