About the role
You define the intake workflow and own the build pipeline. Daily decisions shape reliable software for first responders. You review outcomes and ship improvements while guiding partner integrations.

What you'll do
- Design intake processes that convert messy data into clean records.
- Construct scalable features using React and MapLibre within strict timelines.
- Examine review metrics to refine interfaces before public release.
- Coordinate ship rituals ensuring stable deployment for public safety tools.
- Collaborate with partners to align APIs and data standards across jurisdictions.
- Champion testing suites that validate behavior under complex conditions.
- Simplify workflows so non technical users can configure views easily.
- Guard sensitive information by enforcing strict access controls always.
Requirements
You hold authorization to work for any employer in the hiring country. You bring three years of experience with commercial software development. You understand modern frontend patterns and browser compatibility concerns. You communicate clearly with both technical and government stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience working with public safety or emergency services tools.
