About the role
You guide data intake and configuration; shaping tools for public safety teams. You construct core components inside Mark43 systems with steady attention. You review outcomes and refine solutions alongside cross functional partners.
What you'll do
You will design intake pathways that channel clean data into Mark43 platforms. You will architect integrations connecting Mark43 tools with external systems carefully. You will orchestrate builds ensuring configuration aligns with public safety workflows. You will validate reviews through testing and observation before deployment. You will enable shipping of features with controlled releases and monitoring. You will forge partner practices that support rollout and adoption across agencies. You will champion quality standards by documenting behavior and expected results. You will support ongoing maintenance and clarify patterns for future improvements.

Requirements
You must hold authorization to work in the country for this role. You must bring 3 to 5 years building software for public safety contexts. You must understand Mark43 products and related public safety technology.
