About the role
Mangomint is building an AI-driven tool to automate front-desk operations for the beauty and wellness industry. We are seeking our first dedicated GTM strategist to manage the launch, user adoption, and feedback loops for this new product. This position reports to the Head of New Product and involves direct collaboration with our engineering and product teams. You will be responsible for defining the commercial narrative that brings this automation tool to life in the marketplace. The role requires you to act as the primary link between strategic vision and real-world execution across sales and operations. You will own the narrative of value creation for early adopters in the beauty and wellness vertical. Success in this position will be measured by how effectively we translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling, and actionable value for our target customers.

What you'll do
- Develop and refine the go-to-market strategy, including target segments, positioning, and messaging.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle, from initial discovery and demos to onboarding and long-term engagement.
- Create scalable operational processes for customer support, education, and feedback collection.
- Analyze usage data and customer interactions to influence the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
- Execute strategic experiments to optimize conversion, retention, and time-to-value.
