What you'll do

Design intake checklists that capture customer goals and constraints before scoping any work.

Lead customer workshops, translating complex infrastructure options into clear implementation paths.

Create operations dashboards that give leadership visibility into project health and risks.

Champion iterative improvements, using feedback to refine workflows and client touchpoints.

Requirements

You bring three years of experience in energy or infrastructure roles handling complex timelines.

You hold a Bachelor of Science in engineering, or equivalent practical background in related fields.

You can interpret technical documents and translate requirements into actionable project steps.

You manage multiple workstreams, balancing detail orientation with progress toward outcomes.

You communicate clearly with executives, engineers, and partners across time zones.

You demonstrate comfort with data, process, and tools when solving multifaceted problems.

You maintain professionalism under pressure while managing competing priorities and demands.

You adhere to commitments, follow through on promises, and keep stakeholders informed proactively.

Nice to have

Experience in distributed generation, solar, storage, or clean energy infrastructure.

Skills & tools
