About the role
The Senior Director of Product Marketing at Madhive defines and leads the product marketing strategy across Madhive's programmatic advertising platform, products, and solutions. This role translates complex technical capabilities into clear market positioning, differentiated product narratives, and scalable go-to-market strategies. The Senior Director serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping product priorities by bringing a strong understanding of the market, customers, competitors, and the evolving adtech ecosystem. They own product marketing across the portfolio, including positioning, messaging, market intelligence, product launches, sales enablement, and product adoption. This leader will build and lead the product marketing function, establish the frameworks and operating rhythms required to support a growing product portfolio, and ensure Madhive's commercial teams can confidently articulate the value of our technology. They will develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for complex adtech products and technical capabilities.

What you'll do
- Define and lead the product marketing strategy across Madhive's programmatic advertising platform, products, and solutions.
- Establish the product marketing vision, priorities, operating model, and success measures in alignment with company and commercial goals.
- Advise senior leadership on product positioning, market opportunities, customer needs, competitive threats, and go-to-market priorities.
- Build scalable product marketing processes and frameworks that support multiple products, audiences, and stages of the product lifecycle.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product marketing professionals.
- Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and value propositions for complex adtech products and technical capabilities.
- Translate product architecture, data capabilities, integrations, automation, measurement, and workflow functionality into clear customer and market value.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, technical dependencies, use cases, and roadmap priorities.
- Create messaging frameworks that can be consistently applied across sales materials, product launches, customer communications, campaigns, and executive presentations.
- Ensure product narratives are technically accurate, commercially compelling, and tailored to different audiences, including brands, agencies, broadcasters, publishers, and internal teams.
- Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products, features, integrations, and major platform enhancements.
- Determine target audiences, use cases, competitive differentiation, launch strategy, enablement needs, adoption goals, and success metrics.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role, with a track record of leading high-growth technology and adtech initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing product marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for complex technology products.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of product marketing professionals.
- Demonstrated success working with enterprise sales teams and in a B2B SaaS or media technology environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with experience translating market and customer data into actionable go-to-market plans.
- Deep understanding of advertising technology, programmatic ecosystems, and digital media measurement.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required for industry events, customer visits, and cross-functional meetings.

- Experience in local media, streaming, or addressable advertising ecosystems.
- Background working with broadcast, cable, or publisher communities.
- Familiarity with Madhive's product suite and the broader programmatic advertising landscape.
