What you'll do
- Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of digital ad campaigns, including setup, management, and ongoing optimization across programmatic, social, and search platforms.
- Configure campaigns accurately according to client specifications, ensuring all targeting, creative, and tracking elements are correctly implemented.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues such as pacing discrepancies, pixel or tracking errors, and delivery discrepancies with minimal supervision, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to coordinate campaign launches, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze campaign performance data regularly to identify trends, uncover opportunities for optimization, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all campaign builds to verify accuracy, compliance, and adherence to specifications before launch.
- Support onboarding and training of junior team members by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and helping to develop team capabilities.
- Identify inefficiencies within operational workflows and propose solutions to streamline processes, reduce errors, and improve overall speed and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed documentation of campaign processes, policies, client requirements, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Assist in developing and refining internal tools and templates to enhance operational efficiency and campaign management workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and new ad tech developments to continuously improve campaign management practices.
- Participate in team meetings and strategic planning sessions to contribute insights and support overall team goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, privacy policies, and client-specific requirements throughout all campaign activities.
- Support the integration of new platforms or tools as needed, providing technical expertise and operational support during implementation.
- Work on multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams, providing updates, insights, and recommendations as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations, media buying, or campaign management.
- Proven proficiency with ad serving platforms, demand-side platforms (DSPs), and tracking systems; experience with multiple platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and complex workflows effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
