Sales Operations Specialist
Job description
About the role
The is positioned at the intersection of data, automation, and execution in an agent-native AWS modernization firm. Mactores exists to ship modernization programs that typically stall in pilots, slip timelines, or exceed budgets, converting them into production-running systems with legacy retired and outcomes measured. This role owns the end-to-end motion that turns uncertain prospects into booked programs using data, automation, and precise outreach. You will research and define ideal customer profiles based on firmographics, technology signals, and modernization intent so campaigns target buyers who own budget and urgency. You will design and execute multi-channel outreach sequences that combine email, LinkedIn, and internal tools to surface interest and schedule qualified discovery calls. You will partner closely with delivery teams to understand dependency maps and validation results so campaign stories reflect what is technically feasible and operationally responsible. You will own the reporting that shows which campaigns, sequences, and touches drive qualified conversations and pipeline outcomes the sales team can act on. You will keep the CRM honest and the pipeline moving, ensuring forecasts reflect real buying intent and not stale or speculative records. When a campaign produces a qualified conversation, you will own the documentation and handoff so engagement can begin on the committed date with clear context and readiness.
What you'll do
- You will research and define the ideal customer profile for Mactores based on firmographics, technology signals, and modernization intent to target the right buyers.
- You will design and execute multi-channel outreach sequences using email, LinkedIn, and internal tools to surface interest and schedule qualified discovery calls.
- You will create and maintain playbooks that govern when to pause, pivot, or scale campaigns based on response rates, reply patterns, and conversion metrics.
- You will build dashboards and reports that track campaign performance, channel efficiency, and pipeline influence, translating raw activity into recommendations for the sales team.
- You will run experiments on subject lines, cadence length, and call timing, then document results so best practices can be standardized across the organization.
- You will coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure data used in campaigns, such as dependency maps and validation results from Aedeon, is accurate, current, and actionable.
- You will manage the end-to-end hygiene of the CRM, merging duplicate records, correcting field values, and ensuring every lead source maps to a clear engagement status.
- You will act as the bridge between sales, delivery, and leadership, translating pipeline health into narratives about demand, risk, and timing for executive audiences.
- You will own discovery and verification of inbound and outbound leads so every account in the system has a validated fit, a named stakeholder, and a documented current state.
- You will name the pain behind questions in outreach sequences so conversations begin with business outcomes rather than capabilities or brand.
- You will ensure campaigns reflect what is technically feasible and operationally responsible by partnering closely with delivery teams to understand dependency maps and validation results.
- You will own documentation and handoff when a campaign produces a qualified conversation, enabling engagement to begin on the committed date with clear context and readiness.
Requirements
You must have experience working in a sales operations, business operations, or RevOps role where you owned end-to-end campaign execution and pipeline management. You must be comfortable working with sales, engineering, and leadership teams to align on priorities, definitions, and metrics that affect how results are measured. You must have strong analytical skills and be able to use spreadsheets, dashboards, and data tools to turn activity into insight and test hypotheses about what drives pipeline growth. You must have excellent written communication skills and be able to craft clear, concise, and persuasive outreach that respects the reader's time and highlights business outcomes. You must be highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns, sequences, and stakeholders without dropping details or missing deadlines. You must be comfortable learning and working with internal platforms and data sources such as Aedeon so campaigns reflect the latest architecture, dependency maps, and validation results. You must be based in Mumbai, MH, and be able to work full time in a remote-first environment where collaboration happens primarily over digital channels. You must be able to commit to consistent availability during overlapping business hours with global sales teams so that handoffs, follow-ups, and escalations remain timely.
Experience with AWS modernization, cloud transformation programs, or enterprise software sales is preferred because it will help you ask better questions and recognize higher intent signals in conversations. Familiarity with agent platforms, automation frameworks, or tools that generate dependency maps and test artifacts is preferred since Mactores uses an agent-driven delivery model built on Aedeon. Experience designing and maintaining CRM systems, campaign automation, or data pipelines is preferred because it will allow you to build on existing structures rather than starting from scratch. Understanding of change management, cutover planning, and production risk will help you work more effectively with delivery teams and speak the same language as technical stakeholders. If you have worked in consulting or services firms that bill against discovery, validation, and delivery work, you will understand how to translate those activities into narratives that resonate with buyers.
