What you'll do

• Lead and mentor a team of language specialists and data analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with client expectations.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and celebrate achievements, fostering a positive team culture.
• Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement, ensuring that the team meets or exceeds its goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing any concerns or feedback effectively.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge in language processing and data management.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment on client needs and project deliverables.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new methodologies into team processes to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and project status to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Facilitate conflict resolution within the team, promoting a collaborative and respectful work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations related to data handling and privacy.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the language services or data management industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of language processing technologies and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Experience in client relationship management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve team performance.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong organizational skill set.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
