What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable cloud architectures that support Bamboohr's mission-critical applications and services.
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless integration of cloud services with existing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud engineering or systems administration, with a strong focus on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go, with experience in developing cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes, and experience managing container orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices, with a track record of implementing automated deployment processes.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack, to ensure system health and performance.
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts, security protocols, and best practices for cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
