About the role
You will own the end to end relationship with physician groups, health systems, and referral partners within your assigned geography. You will act as the primary strategic relationship owner and serve as the face of Luna within the market. This role requires you to grow market adoption and expand strategic partnerships through consultative dialogue. You will identify opportunities to improve access to clinically appropriate therapy and remove barriers to care. You will ensure an exceptional experience for both providers and patients throughout the entire referral journey. You will collaborate cross functionally with Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on shared objectives. You will develop executive level relationships and communicate the value of Luna's evidence based platform. You will be responsible for delivering measurable value to our healthcare partners and achieving market growth objectives.

What you'll do
Establish and maintain executive level relationships with key decision makers at provider organizations and health systems.
Own the end to end referral journey for assigned providers to ensure a seamless experience for clinicians and patients.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities that align with Luna's value proposition and strategic priorities.
Develop deep market knowledge of physical therapy referral patterns, payer dynamics, and provider pain points.
Collaborate with Clinical and Operations teams to design care pathways that improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Work with Product and Marketing to shape messaging, case studies, and tools that resonate with healthcare partners.
Analyze referral data and utilization metrics to uncover growth opportunities and barriers to adoption.
Present tailored value propositions that address the unique needs of physician groups and health systems.
Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure partner satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Drive strategic partnerships that expand Luna's reach and increase referral volume across the network.
Champion the Luna platform internally to ensure alignment on partner goals and cross functional support.
Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform go to market strategies and positioning.
Report on key performance indicators and pipeline metrics to support data driven decision making.
Act as a trusted advisor who balances clinical expertise with business outcomes for sustainable growth.
Translate complex platform capabilities into clear narratives that resonate with diverse stakeholder audiences.
Requirements
Demonstrated success in consultative sales or business development within healthcare or related industries.
Possess strong business acumen and the ability to analyze complex information and translate it into actionable insights.
Showcase exceptional relationship management skills with a proven track record of building trust at executive levels.
Have the ability to execute against market growth objectives while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey professionalism and clarity.
Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and finding solutions with limited direct supervision.
Capable of traveling within the assigned territory to meet with partners and attend relevant industry events.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsored work authorization at this time.
Nice to have
Experience with physical therapy, rehabilitation, or value based care models is preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare provider ecosystems, including physician groups and health system structures.
Background in SaaS or technology sales with a focus on enterprise solutions.
Understanding of data driven marketing and how to leverage analytics to support sales outcomes.

This is a full time position based in Chicago, IL.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsored work authorization at this time.
Travel within the assigned territory may be required to meet partners and participate in relevant events.
