About the role
You will own the end to end relationship with physician groups, health systems, and referral partners within your assigned geography. You will act as the strategic relationship owner and the primary point of contact for all provider partners in the market. This role requires you to grow market adoption, expand strategic partnerships, and increase referral volume through consultative engagement. You will identify opportunities to improve access to clinically appropriate therapy and remove barriers across the referral journey. You will ensure an exceptional experience for both providers and patients at every touchpoint of their engagement with Luna. You will develop executive level relationships and communicate the value of Luna's platform to C suite stakeholders. You will collaborate cross functionally with Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align solutions with partner needs. You will deliver measurable value to healthcare partners by driving adoption, retention, and expansion within your territory.

What you'll do
Drive growth and adoption of Luna's platform within an assigned geographic territory by managing a portfolio of strategic healthcare provider relationships.
Own the end to end relationship with physician groups, health systems, and referral partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all provider stakeholders.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities by mapping provider networks, understanding referral patterns, and uncovering unmet access needs.
Collaborate with Clinical, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to design and deliver solutions that improve the patient referral and care journey.
Develop executive level relationships by articulating the value of Luna's evidence-based, tech-enabled platform to C suite and medical director stakeholders.
Increase referral volume and market share through consultative selling, targeted outreach, and data driven conversations with provider decision makers.
Coordinate cross functional initiatives to ensure partners experience seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support from Luna's network.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including referral conversion, provider satisfaction, and retention metrics to inform strategy.
Champion the patient experience by ensuring that providers and staff understand how to leverage Luna's platform to deliver exceptional care.
Act as an internal advocate, translating partner feedback into actionable insights for Product, Operations, and Clinical teams.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, forecasting demand and managing a multi stakeholder selling process.
Demonstrate strong business acumen by analyzing market trends, payer dynamics, and referral economics to guide growth strategies.
Support special projects, including market research, competitive analysis, and partnership assessments, to strengthen Luna's position in new and existing markets.
Represent Luna at industry events, provider meetings, and partner forums to elevate brand awareness and reinforce trust.
Requirements
You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in business, healthcare, or a related field.
You have a proven track record of consultative selling within complex healthcare environments, including experience with provider groups or health systems.
You bring a minimum of five years of progressive experience in account management, business development, or a related client facing role.
You have a history of exceeding performance quotas and delivering sustainable growth in competitive markets.
You are highly experienced in building and maintaining executive level relationships with C suite, medical, and clinical stakeholders.
You demonstrate exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex decision making processes.
You have strong business acumen and financial literacy, enabling you to discuss contract terms, reimbursement models, and value based arrangements.
You are comfortable working within a technology enabled care delivery model and can quickly learn new platforms, workflows, and clinical concepts.
Nice to have
Experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or value based care models within a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with payer contracting, credentialing, and regulatory requirements that impact provider network participation.
Proficiency in healthcare data tools or analytics platforms used to track referral patterns and performance metrics.
Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, for managing complex account pipelines and stakeholder mapping.
Background in patient access, referral optimization, or care coordination within a provider network.
Practical notes
This is a full time position based in the Philadelphia, PA area.
Travel may be required to meet with provider partners, attend industry events, and support partner initiatives within the assigned territory.
